Default Tikka T3

I was wondering if I could get some input regarding the Tikka T3 Lite (30-06 cal). Good, bad, durable, etc....

Sure ain't like the older Tikka's. The continential or whitetail. Get a browning, and don't worry about it.

I tend to agree. Unless you can find a Whitetail Hunter model out there, I'd go with Browning.

I currently have two Browning stainless stalkers and they're both my favorite guns. However,I just bought my second T3 and I've also owned two whitetail hunters. The T3's are great guns for the money and are consistantly accurate.

I'd go with the Tikka T3 Hunter before any of the other rifles mentioned. You won't find another rifle out there with the quality manufacturing, features, out of the box accuracy for the money. Finns have been hunting for centuries. They know hunting and they know how to manufacture a heck of a rifle.

Thanks everybody for the input. So many good (and bad) rifles out there....it's mind-boggling

I believe your just going to have to take a chance. Thats just the way it is with gun buying. I know people that says they hate the brownings, but I have the best luck. People on here claim "benchrest" accuracy every shot with their Tikkas, but I didn't have such luck.

Go get ya one ,and post your targets.
