Default I hate gun stores!

I thought that might catch someones eye to read this. I hate gun store for this reason,
#1 They have to many to choose from.
#2 I only can afford one and my wish list is almost all the guns they have.
#3 When I finally choose one, I have a list of scopes and rings to choose.

But at least once a week I go back in to see what gun I think I need next.
Does anyone else have his problem?

I do, but I also have a legit prob with gunstores besides your three, most of the sales guys around here are opinionated dinks, they are very little help.

Theres one store where I tell myself I wouldn't buy a gun there if my life depended on it. I haven't bought one there yet but its lots of fun to just look at all of them. They have to have at least one of every model and make there. Its like I went to heave or something like that!

Bass Pro Shops (Outdoor World) have a so-so selection but the gun sales people are terrible and prices are high.

I order guns through a few gunstores , but have only bought a gun off the shelf one time that I can think of . Half the fun of buying guns is how good a deal you can get . I don't hate them it gives me a place to see what I want to buy next. free

The small gun shop is haveing a tough time nowdays. Having to compete with walmart and the like. They have to make it on the accesories and stuff. I'd hate for them to go out of business but it's not looking to good.

I find myself buying more stuff on the internet.....so I guess I'm part of the problem.
I still need a gunsmith from time to time but even that is get more rare as time goes on.

Vapodog. My truck must have had the same teacher. I am awful about inhabiting those darn gun stores. Scheels and Cabelas are weak spot for me.

Theres a sportmans warehouse right by my work. they have any gun you want there, but I find the gun I want there and order it from the only original shop shop in town so hopefully he will be around for a long time.

I feel your pain, marty!!!

I walked into my local store last week to get a box of primers..............ended up walking out with a new Springfield 1911-A1 Mil-Spec.....................couldn't resist the $399 price tag!
