Default mossberg 500 help

I was cleaning a 500 and when I popped the trigger assembly out, I have managed to seize the bolt assembly. It won't slide forward or backwards now. After the laughter dies down can anyone tell me how to fix this. I thought that if I pushed on the ejector then that would free the bolt but to no avail. IF anyone has any advice I would should appreciate it. Thanks
