Default add in american hunter ayone see??

what is this reington seems to be going back to qaulity ( spelling ). i noticed they have a new model out. the remington 700CDL which has a hinged floorplate with detachable magazine like browning has. weird huh? but the stock looks nice and the gun i did see ( obviously it will look differant in a magazine ).

do you think they might have caught on to that the loyal rem owners are getting pissed from qaulity issues?

I saw it, too, but I'm not really interested. My ADL gets the job done just fine. The CDL introduction is probably a two-pronged approach: reassure potential customers of Remington's quality, and add some new eye-candy to the mid-level hunting rifle market.

quilly, i agree with you... i have a remington shotgun, and i love it to death... but i have never cared for the rmeington rifles that are made within the last 5-10 years. i would like to consider myself a remington guy, but i will not buy a new remington rifle. browning and ruger all the way for me with rifles... my next shotgun will actually e abrowning as well... i want the citori lightning... beautiful gun!!!

They have a new bolt action 22 also but at nearly $700 I think I'll pass.

the new .22 is the 504 I believe. I think it is a great little rifle , but I won't pay 579.00 for it. (thats what it costs at a shop in my area)

I stand corrected. I called my local shop last night and the 504 would be $629. When I first talked to him I thought he said $699.
