Default BLR Sights

Hello gentlemen, I just picked up a used Browning BLR in 308. What a cool little rifle! I have always wanted one of these and a friend had a couple he was willing to part with, so one of them came home with me today. Anyways, I am not really used to open sights too much, but I am an archer and I am used to a peep sight so I thought I would see if there was a peep available for the BLR. I was also thinking of changing out the front sight to a fibre optic style for better pick up in low light. Does anyone have any idea where I can find such a set up?

Thanks for the help.

Default RE: BLR Sights

Check with Williams Gun Sight Co. in Davidson, MI. I am certain they can provide you with a Firesight for the front end, and may have a Foolproof that'll fit the receiver. Of course, you'll have to have it drilled & tapped for the rear sight......
