TOTOE...Long time no see. How are things in WV???

I have a 922 that was purchased in the mid 70's. Not sure what years they made them...

They are reliable little buggers, though.

I also had one in the early 70's I like it but it had one chamber that seems to throw a round about 4"s left at 25yd.

Totoe, Not sure which one you're looking for. H&R 922DA had two issues. The first issue was discontinued prior to 1942.The early model had a 10" Octagonal barrel.Later production a 6" round.Fixed sights Blued finish.

The Second Issue had bbl lengths 2.5-4"-6"Blued finish and plastic stocks(grips).Made 1950-86.The second issue has a different frame from the first issue. The model 923 is the same gun as the second issue 922 but in Nickel finish. The First issue is valued about 150.00 the second issue is about 75.00.
Hope this answered your question.
