Most people would call it a Sako TRG-S.

Up here in Canada the Lazzeroni version is around $1000 to $1200 CDN new.

Friend of mine have one. Great rifle and great caliber. Few points altought. Caliber requires long barrel 28" and high quality bullet. With out long barrel it's same to buy 338 win mag. And with out high quality bullet there is not much to eat what ever you going to shoot.
