scope ?

need some recommendations. looking for a durable scope for a 340 wby. would a leupold vari x 111 be stout enough for this caliber? it's going to be mounted on a 340 alaskan. thanks

You bet. That would work fine as would the 3200 and 4200 Bushnells. There are a lot of lesser priced scopes that would work as well for me. But you should be good to go with the VX-lll.
