RE: Check out my new Weaver
7mm-08, Its a sweet shooter, can't wait to sight in the new Weaver. Now I want to start trying some more bullets, any favorites out there for 7mm-08? On white tail? Ballistic Tip, Partition? This year I took a doe with core-loct and seem to pass through too easily without much blood trail. Luckily after she went 50 yards I had another opening, and the second shot dropped her, but otherwise may have had to look for a bit to pick up the sign. First one was higher up through the lungs and second through the heart. Any suggestions?
