Value of Beretta A320

I am trying to determine the value of this gun. It' s a semi-auto 12ga. with a fixed choke (skeet I believe) and is real good shape. I think it' s about 20 years and would like to know the value. A google search shows very little. Several local gun sgores gave me a huge variance $250-500. Any comments?

I have my BB of gun values, and it does not list a 320. It lists both 302 and 390, which is a current model. No 320 listed though.
