Default Got my Model 460 back from JRH Gunsmithing

A little over a month after I sent my 14" S&W Model 460 to Jack Huntington for some work, I finally got it back this afternoon. Mr. Huntington reduced the trigger pull from an uncomfortably heavy 4.5+ pounds to a smooth sub - 3 pound pull. Additionally, I had him make a swivel stud for the bottom of the grip. I can easily find a swivel stud mount for an AR-15 lower picatinny rail in order to attach a sling below the barrel, but finding something for the bottom of the grip was nigh impossible.

Can't wait to take it out this weekend and see how it shoots.

That's a lot of handgun. Look forward to the report. Well with that brake on it maybe not so much.

Somewhat different but I started shooting a 460 in a Encore rifle barrel. Shoots good.
As to making the gun shoot loader with a break. It is no loader but the sound is directed back towards the shoot so it just seems loader. Been shooting breaks on big bore pistols fro 30 yrs.
