Default Browning Single Shots.

I was looking over the Browning site the other day and failed to see the Browning single shot rifles listed. Did I just miss it or have they been dropped from thier line? They were getting pretty spendy but I sort of wanted to pick one up in 45-70. Thanks.

I was told they made the last run in 2001 and the last new one I saw in a dealer' s case was over 18months ago. So maybe there is some truth to it.

The guns were discontinued. Look on www.gunsamerica.com to find an 1885. They are great guns and do not have the forearm hanger problems that sometime occur with the Ruger No. 1. I own an 1885 Hi-wall in 45-70. With handloads and hard cast bullets my gun will place 3 shots under an inch all day long.
