Default Anyone shoot a TC Encore in .270?

Indiana is likely going to expand the rifles for next years season to anything .243 or larger. Been doing some research and a lot of people seem to really like the .270. I have read some mixed reviews on the TC Encore .270. Most of the posts I found were a few years back, nothing current. Knowing TC's history if there was an issue with this caliber I think they would have fixed it pretty quickly. I was thinking .243 hoping that my kids could get into it when they start hunting. Is there a huge recoil difference between the .243 and .270?

My Encore is about 7 years old or so and the only thing I have ever used it for is the .50 cal ML.
