Remington 870 Wingmaster - Year & Value?

I am helping a friend sell his Remington 870 Wingmaster but I see values from $100-500. I'm trying to figure out what year it is and what it's worth.

It's got a the ribbed barrel and it's a 2 3/4" with modified choke. Very good condition but not quite great.

Serial number is Y119**3V (left out a few numbers because I don't trust the internet )
