Default Bolt Action Pistols?

Is anybody still making bolt actions pistols? Anybody "real" at least? I had a Remington XP-100 in 7mm-08 in the early '90's, then bought a Savage Stiker in .243win in the early '00's... Regret selling both of them.

Is anyone making a bolt action pistol these days? I'm ambidexterous for handgunning, so I'm pretty open to bolt configuration, my XP was right bolt, so I shot it left handed, my Striker was left bolt, so I shot it right handed.

I'd LOVE to find one in a varmint cartridge for coyote hunting, .223rem ideally, but I'm pretty open to cartridge as well. Saw a Savage Striker in .300WSM once, I could DEFINITELY think of some applications for that baby!

There may be some Weatherby CFP's still floating around at wholesalers, they made them in .22-250.

I think I'd just keep an eye on Gunbroker. That I'm aware of, there are no new centerfire bolt-action handguns being manufactured at the moment by any company. However, I do see a small but consistent number of XP 100s (to include the Varmint model in .223) up for sale, many in new or like-new condition.

I sold a striker in 22-250 last weekend at the gun show. They are still out there in the used markets.

I don't know about new but there are plenty of older ones floating around. I have some friends that are into some serious long range pistol shooting and they build them up from parts.

I just finished cutting a barrel channel in a stock for one .......gun weighs 35 lbs. assembled. 7WSM full diameter Douglass XX barrel.

HS Precision is still making their bolt pistols, they carry the same accuracy guarantee that their rifles do but they're expensive. https://www.hsprecision.com/shop2/pistols.html.

Here's one at gunbroker:http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=265361611

Have you considered a TC Pro-Hunter in a handgun?
