a favor from someone with a blue book

My mom's sister has no immediate family, has been in a nusing home for a couple years after suffering a massive stroke, mom is taking care of selling her belongings to pay the nursing home.
Mom found an old single shot FIE 410 in my aunts house and she wants to buy it from her sisters estate, and she is worried about how much she should pay for it.
so my best description, gun is at about 75%
right side of the reciever says
"made in brazil by CBC imported by FIE miami fl"
serial # c1304xxx model SB
any ideas on the value according to the blue book?

I've got a 2003 blue book. Under the FIE shotguns, the only single shot listed is the SOB model. $100 for 100%, $60 for 80%, $50 for 60%
