Default Hicks #1 accurizer

I' m trying to get tighter groups from my Ruger #1 in 7mm Rem Mag. I was thinking of trying the Hicks #1 Accurizing block. Has anyone used one of these or seen any reviews of one? Also, would I benefit from glass bedding or free floating the barrel?
Thanks!!!!

Default RE: Hicks #1 accurizer

I have heard more positives then negatives on these things...I have owned a 1b in 280 and it shot best being free floated and that seems to work for other owners also. That and a trigger job if needed.
