Default New slug gun!!!!!!!!

ok i am going to be starting a new job and it is way more than what i was making before, and i have narrowed down what i want to get for the upcoming hunting season, A new slug gun. i have a mossberg 500 20 guage and it shoots nice but my rifle and muzzleloader i have some coin in them and now im ready to drop the big money on a tack driving slug gun. My choices so far.

1. Mossberg 930 syn with cantilever
2. Remington 1100 cant slug barrel
3. winchester x3 cant slug barrel

I already have it in my head im gonna get the nikon bdc slugger scope. Im really leaning towards the mossberg because i have 2 already and are rock solid for me. Any other suggestions or coments on the ones i have listed would be appreciated.

I think Browning is re-introducing the A Bolt slug gun. It may also be worthy of consideration.

there's only 1 slug gun out there to get as of today, and that's the savage 220!

before you get the Nikon BDC, checkout the leupold ultimate slam, more accurate ballistic reticle for slugs out to 300yds, dots/crosshairs not circles.

After researching the savage some more I really think I'm sold on the 212 camo with a nikon bdc. I see they make a 2x7 32mm bdc slug scope now but it only has not even 4 in eye relief. What scopes are u guys topping ur 212 or 220 with? I really like the idea of just a dedicated slug gun my mossbergs shoot just ok I really want the next step in accuracy of a slug gun. And how do u guys like the accu trigger?

I have the H&R Ultra Slug in 12 gauge. It is one heck of a gun. The recoil is much less than my FILs Remington 870. The H&R comes in right at 9.5 lbs and is not a gun you would want to carry for long distances. I shoot cloverleafs at 100 yards and took a doe at 120 this year and had no drop. I have shot it at 150 yards and wouldn't hesitate to take a deer at that yardage.

I have handled the Savage in a LGS and it is a nice gun. Well made and if it shoots as well as their rifles, it should be a tackdriver. Plus it is a bolt gun which is just cool for a shotty. If I wanted a 20 gauge for a deer gun, I would buy that.
