Default 220 Savage shotgun

I want tobuy one of thee shotguns for my trip to Iowa but I just read where there was a problem with them misfiring. Does anyone know if they corrected this or has this happened to anyone on here?

Just bought one, have yet to shoot it though, waiting on the scope to arrive.

All the info I read/reviewed was on older models, they updated the design since then.

Mostly I read of ejection problems, but new models now eject more sideways.

IMO it's the slug gun to buy! aside from maybe a 2-3k tar hunt...

I have one ready to be sighted in, I read it was the older models. They said the same with the H&R slug guns, and I never had any issues with it
