I would say more like in the mid $300 to the low $400 range, I have one, got it like 13 plus years ago, excellent turkey gun

The price on their website is always more, that's their suggested price, in reality it's less. Like Bowhuntercop said about 350-425 depending on the model you want.

what is the cheapest model? im not looking for a pistol grip or any of that fancy stuff, i dont know if camo on the gun makes it cost more. but i really want it cause it shoots 3.5 inch shells

Yeah camo and a pistol grip will add to it. The cheapest should be the black synthetic stock or the wood stock models. Those two should be towards the lower price ranges. Should be easily had in any local store.

after looking at all the shotguns in the stores that i have i have made a conclusion that if its camo or matte black its usually black, if its blued its usually silver. i have a 500 that is blued and it has a silver shell ejection

thanks, that is the only thing i remotely dislike about my 500 is the silver shell ejection. it kind of throws of the look IMO. i have a matte black marlin and they look pretty cool but i think im gonna end up getting a camo 835 when i come up with the money.
