Default what is best to use to treat wood stocks?

i was wonderin what you fellas use to treat the wood on yalls guns? my dad is a guitar collector and uses lemon oil when he cleans those. i figure if you can clean a 15,000 dollar guitar with it you can clean a shotgun. but i want the opinion of people who clean guns not guitars. haha any input is much appreciated guys
