Default Homegrown Camo Job Before and After Pictures

Just finished my .17HMR It was rusting so I sanded it down and painted it. It looks a lot nicer in person. Hope you guys like it.

Ryan.

That looks great ! I was going to do that to my .357 side arm, but I'm glad I didn't. It slipped out of my holster while chasing a wounded hog in the briars & if it had been camo'ed I never would have found it. Great idea for a rifle though - great job !

Very cool!!!!
What kind of paint did you get for that. How has it held up on that synthetic stock? Any paint chipping?
I've wanted to do that to my Remington 597 .22, but been afraid the paint wouldn't hold right and end up being a mess....
Thanks

Good job, just don't forget what tree you leaned it against in the woods.

Well bud to be honest, its hard for me to say, I personally cant picture it being a high-abuse finish but then again I've been wrong before, I'd like to wait before I give you an answer, simply because I cant say for sure yet.

Thanks for all the good comments guys I appreciate it.

Ryan.

Im interested to hear how it holds up to. The gun looks great tho, hopefully the paint holds up for you.
