Default What round is better for hogs an deer in florida?

What is better for that? 7mm-08 or .308?

The dead deer will never know the difference and it is doubtful that you would either.

I know flordia deer are small i dont know about hogs so i think i would say 7 mm-08. .308 is a hreat round too either will work just fine.

I'm really not suggesting this. A buddy of mine his uncle had a big cattle ranch in SW Florida. The place was infested with hogs.All he ever used was a Winchester Model 9422 mag. One year he killed forty something hogs. Shot placement.

Unfortunately his uncle is long gone and so is the ranch. I went a time or two and shot a couple hogs there.

Either will work just fine. A shot just under the ear will drop them in their tracks. No tracking, better eatin!
