RR.. On paper that 8mm Rem Mag looked like an awesome load as well and has almost died. Did you ever fool with that one any?

nope, but I have a 7mm STW which is an 8mm necked to 284, the demise of the 8mm was all that horsepower and no good high BC bullets to make it work. Its still an awesome 400 yardelk cartridge.
