they probably want to know who to charge,criminals have rights you know
. he more then likely was just changing his life around.its too bad that it will cost money to figure it all out,one lawyer will say the bullet caused the death,the other will say the car did,then if he wasn't shot he wouldn't have been running,therefore he would not have run in the path of the car .but if the driver of the car would have been paying attention ,he may have made it to the hospital?therefore he would not have died.....and on and on,but the real answer is IF HE WOULD HAVE OBEYED THE LAW ....NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED..CASE CLOSED ....coroners report "subject died of stupidity"
