"Same as new" may be a poor choice of words but the gun is in excellent ccondition. Being an Indinana resident our hunting laws have changed so I am making a choice to sell this gun to offset the cost of building a custom built .358 Grant, which is Indiana legal for deer and the .270 is not a legal hunting gun in Indiana.
