Question TIKKA or WINCHESTER

Who makes a better rifle Tikka T-3 or Winchester Model 70 Featherweight? Looking for pros and cons you people have experienced with these. Any input is appreciated.

holy crap, take the Winchester...

I actually own the Tikka. It's a great shooting $500 rifle. Light, great trigger, awesome groups. Not a work of art by any stretch, but it works. If you get the picture.

Winchester hands down. If you really want the Tikka, I'll trade you mine for the Featherweight.

I own 2 of the new fn model 70 and they are really nice rifle.I've read alot about them before buying and they seem to be very accurate .Nothing wrong with the tikka but I would take a mod 70 over it.

Last year when I was shopping for a new rifle I looked @ the tikka,I bought a Rem. 700 instead. I'm not a fan of the tikka. The Winchester is a much nicer finished gun.

Better guns out there in both price ranges. Tikkas are built extremely cheap, they do shoot well and handle nicely. There are better rifles for the same price. Winchesters haven't been that great since '64. The new ones are much improved, but again better rifles in that price range too.
