A golf course is a willful and deliberate misuse of a perfectly good rifle range.

That would pay for my vacation house on the beach of the out islands of the Bahamas. It would cover my rental of a 27 foot boat with twin outboards, also. Maybe even the golfcart for the week.

How do I sell this to my family, again?

well you figure for the stuff thats in it 5500.00 isn't a bad price. the brass, dies, and powder would cost 600.00.
nesika, jewel, mcmillian, Lilja its the best of the best. The HSP DBM was 220.00 installed in 2006, the barrel blank was 437.00 in '06, I do however like wood stocks, the mcbros are really good but just too cold during hunting season when at times you spend an hour or more just watching through the scope for the righ shot to present itself.
