Marlin 338 express
Has anybody shot this gun yet? I've been looking for a new gun and want something different. We have calibers ranging from .22-250 up to a .375 H&H. I have several Marlin's and love the way they shoot. I was thinking this gun would be a perfect elk rifle for hunting in heavy timber where you might get a longer shot occasionally. The ballistics compare to the .30/06 pretty close. It would also make an excellent hog rifle though I usually use my .450 for that even though it is heavier than I need.
