My own brand. I reload for all my guns.

My 2 favorites are:
7mm Rem Mag likes 150grn Sierra GameKings
.223 like Sierra 55gr BlitzKings

Rem 700 loves rem 150gr core lokts. Ive only shot federal and winchester in the same grain, so I can only compare to those.

My .270's (Remington and Tikka), both shoot 130 grain Remington Core-lokt's well. Plus, it's loaded light so that the point of impact is the same as their 150 grain .270's.

From my experience, the pointier the soft-point (inexpensive ammo), the better balanced, and more accurate it will shoot. 130'swill group a little tighter than 150 grain soft-points, from any manufacturer.

Anything with SOME quality is worth a try for factory. I've had wolf gold shoot great, and I've also had more expensive Federals and hornady shoot great. But none of them can roll with a handload

I shoot handloads but most of my rifles shot Remington Cor-Lokts the best when I shot factory. Except my M700 in 25-06. I would only shoot Winchester 120gr PEPs well. But it shot them into 1/2" groups. Go figure.

My M700 .243 Win really likes Hornady Light Mag 100 gr BTSP and Winchester Super-X 80 gr PSP, so much in fact that they both shoot better than my handloads, but to me, shrinking my groups from .4" groups to .3" groups @ 100 yds isn't worth paying 2 or 3 times as much per round.
