I have a 7 RUM that was built by Hill Country Rifles. It' s one of their semi-custom jobs. It has a McMillan stock, the aciton has been pillar bedded, the barrel floated and re-crowned, bolt squared, trigger adjusted to 3 pounds, teflon coated, but still has the factory barrel. I consistently get 3/4 inch groups at 100yards and sometimes a little better. I' m happy with it.
Check out the accurizing page on their website, this may be what you' re looking for as far as customizing your browning.
