Can other chokes be put into the 12 ga turkey barrel?

As per TC's customer service, choke tubes from Winchester,
browning inventor, mossburg 500 & 9200, H & R, weatherby and SKB will
fit.

300 is SPF...........but to answer you question, no it is not fluted and it was sold for $200 shipped.
