getting a CCP
Ok i have a good friend who has had a few mental issues. He has gotten better and wants to get his handgun permit. In indiana they have a question asking if you have seen a mental health doctor. My understanding if you say yes they ask for a letter from a mental health doctor saying you are of no threat and should be allowed to have the permit. He asked me if i knew how hard all this was and if it was even possible. Have any of you heard just how hard this is to get done. I know he was on Social security and he figured when they say he is not disabled he should be good to go. I would think so but who knows.
