Default Slug barrels rate-of-twist

I'm thinking about purchasing a slug gun and was wondering about rate-of-twist. Is it something I should bother considering, and what is considered a fast rate-of-twist. Thanks for the input

A fast rate of twist is 1 in 24. Need heavy sabots for this. In fact 1 in 28 is made for 1 ounce sabots. I in 30 or greater is made for the newer lighter sabots.
