new rifles

i have pick to rifles for varmite hunting i can get this a Harrington & Richardson Ultra Varmint Rifle in 223 with a 3X9X40
for $375
or a Stevens 200 in 22-250 with whaterver
3x9x40 come on it for $390
which one would serve me the best

I would go the Stevens, gives you a quick follow-up shot if needed and with a little work accurate.
