Default I 12 parts

Ok, so I let my wife influence my shotgun purchase and again I am unhappy with my new gun. One of these days I will learn to ignore her. Saving money is all well and good but the $1500 shotgun I wanted is now going to cost me well over $2000. Not to mention I now need to fix a gun I didn’t really want in the first place. Over a week ago I asked the company in question for a replacement part and even offered to pay for it. I still have not had any response from them at all (and I can’t seem to get them on the phone…keep sitting on hold and getting disconnected). I can’t stand having a gun I can’t use. So I need to figure out how to come up with a bolt handle for a Franchi I-12 (original is sitting at the bottom of the lake where I hunt). Anyone know where I can get the parts or do I just drop it off at a smith? I need to get this thing fixed so I can get rid of it and get a quality gun.
