Looking for a Thompson Renegade or similiar wood stock "PERCUSSION" muzzleloader.
I like the Hawken style and the shorter barrel or .45 caliber is a plus.
I already have a .50 cal Encore but, am looking at a flintlock for them "Historic weapons" special seasons.....
* edited it, not looking for flintlock but, rather a percussion.

I also have a Renegade percussion in 54 cal. I also have a Lyman Great Plains Hunter 50 cal flintlock that is for sale in the muzzleloading classifieds with pics. This has a 1:32 twist, faster than the T/Cs 1:48 and will handle conical bullets better. You can drop me an email at clem30@ptd.net and we can discuss $$

I'm not as good as I'm gonna get - but I'm better than I used to be. "Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil - it has no point."
It is a VERY nice rifle but, not really looking to spend that much....not too mention I would rather have the 26" or shorter barrel like a Renegade, Seneca, Traditions Deerhunter, or other model.
Thanks though.
