Is your mayor a member of the anti-gun Mayor's Against Illegal Guns?

Apparently this organization is misleading it's members as well as the public in general. Here's the NRA link to find out if your mayor is a member.

So.... Are we suppose to be for illegal weapons? I read your post and read the list and info from the NRA and read the organizations literature. Just trying to understand here....

It's intended to make you aware of whether your mayor is anti gun, but if you had to ask I guess the point is lost on you.

Thank goodness there are only 6 mayors from VA in that group and I'm not very close to any of them.

The fact that Denver's mayor is on that comes as no shock. City and county have always been anti!

I love watching politicians, tv pundits talk about guns...or I should say "assault rifles"

Why are non-hunters, antigunners so uninformed? I don't ask them to be a gun expert, but knowing more than nothing would help.

I saw one guy say "if heroin were legal, would that make you try it?" his answer was NO!

My question is, if automatic rifles were legal, would you buy one to rob a bank? No.

The avg person has no clue that hunting requires, tags/permits, and use during the appropriate season, I've educated so many nonhunters that we hunters just dont walk in the woods anytime of year and start blasting anything that moves...

Also the fact that shooting an animal with a rifle/bullet isn't such an easy task...they think a bullet is a laser beam, put the crosshairs on the animal regardless of the distance and bamn its dead. Maybe next time I'll say something like why do you golf with more than one club? can't you just whack the ball and hit the hole everytime? what's so difficult about hitting a ball into a hole?
