Its the same rifle as the mark X mausers and the charles dailey mausers from years past. Its a mauser action so yes they need cleaning up.
I have a short action in the works chambered in 20 Tac.

I hear ya, would be nice if Winchester would make a .375 H&H

Seems like you're either a 798, CZ, Ruger, Kimber, as your CF options...

The Ruger is a good choice. I'm sure Winchester will make the new Model 70 in 375 eventually.

my father almost got that talkeetna, but he hated the color of that blueish grey stock in person.

Not sure how big the market is for .375's but I know alot of guys want a M70 in .375

I'd really like to see a stainless barrel at like 22-24" and a nice syn. stock, also a nice wood stock option would be nice.

Would love to see them build a .458 Lott as well, though I wouldn't be surprised if they chambered .458 win.mag. and not the Lott.

They used to make them, some on GB, and I have a barrel chambered in .375H&H and threaded for a Model 70...

Just curious what it is you don't like about CZ?I rarely hear anything bad about them other than the triggers not being all that great.
