Default Gun Stock

I bought a Ruger 10/22 with a pink stock, because the price was right. I thought I had a link to a webpage that had dye for synthetic stocks, but I can't find it now.

The stock is a Pink Hogue stock. Any links or information on a way to dye the stock would be appreciated. As a last result I can camo tape it, but would prefer to dye it black.

Hogue stocks are rubber over molded and I doubt you will be able to dye pink rubber.

Go to rimfire central or ebay and pick up a used 10/22 stock forsuper cheap. All those guys upgrading their 10/22 with new large diameter barrels and stocks have created a huge stockpile. Some people may even just give one to you for the price of shipping as they have no further use for em. I'm almost 100% sure alot of them would be happy to do an even swap as they may havea daughter/grandaughter/neice etc and a pink Hogue definitely has some worth for its uniqueness. Hope it helps.

That is some great advice. I am sure he is right about that. My buddies little girl went nuts over her pink Chipmunk. Tom.

Default Camo Dipping

I bought one on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...STRK:MESELX:IT for $99 plus shipping. It was a little pricey but I dipped my handgun and some of my game calls with more film left over. Very pleased with the results.
