I just bought an Armalite AR-10 carbine. I bought an LMT style fixed rear sight and a front sight from Bravo Company USA. I shot it and the gun is shooting about 20 foot high. I brought the front sight up by turning the front sight but the sight is now above the protective cover of the front sight frame. Does anyone make a spacer or a special base that will raise the entire front sight frame so that it wont shoot high? Thanks.
Sounds to me that you have an AR15 front sight on your AR10.
An AR10 has a bigger and taller receiver than an AR15 and thus requires a taller front sight.
I went to Bravo Companies web site and I did not see any AR10 accessories there, just AR15's.
The top sight is for an AR10 gas block and the bottom sight on the left is for an AR15 gas block.
