Check your local laws and with the BATFE before you do this. 10 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine isn't worth it.

The short answer is we as individuals can't import them. They have to go through a class three dealer and on top of that there is a few loop holes to getting one. A few forms need filled out and sent to the BATFE along with a check or money order for $200. Then you have to wait for them to approve ownership. Some states don't even allow them.
I wasn't trying to dump on your thread, I was just trying to keep fellow members out of trouble. If it was legal, I would order several from you. I just like my freedom.
Thanks

I'm not an attorney but if you plan on selling guns or gun parts across national borders, you need to hire one and
check the law in any country where you plan on selling them. Every country has its own law, saying that they are legal in Europe is missleading and inaccurate at best.

Federal Crime without the $200 Tax Stamp . Finger prints taken and Pictures . This kind of weapon is the hardest to sell. From State to State you have to pay doulble $200 tax stamp ( one for Dealer Transfer and One for Buyer)
