Default American Eagle Rifle info

My dad has an American Eagle single shot bolt .22. My main reason for this post is I need to find parts for it. He says the extractor/ejector is busted. Any one know where I can find one?

While im asking - is that the same american eagle that makes the fruffy clothes now days? I heard it was. How much is this worth? Any websites with information about AE guns?

Here's yer bone! I suspect "American Eagle is a trade name used by some harware chain to name some cheipie single-shot 22. It is NOT a maker's mark. I suspect some outfit like Iver Johnson or Stevens made it back in the day. Can't be worth much.

The Numrich Arms Gun Parts http://www.e-gunparts.com/model.asp?idDept=7outfit might have the part you need. Otherwise, you might have to whittle itwith a file from a block of steel......

You might be onto something there - JC higgins has a single shot 22 that looks identical. I might have to research based on that

I have had success with numrich as well. I just got a extractor for my J. stevens bolt action .22 there.
