Default 80g .223

I found some federal 80g .223 match ammo, but it states that they should be shot only in rifles with throated barrels. Can this ammo work in a RR ar15 with a .223 wylde chamber??

I run 77 gr match kings in a wylde chamber RR. You will have no problems with 80 gr. The overall length of factory ammo is maxed at 2.26" which is what the AR magazines will hold. The chamber is deeper than that. So as long as you can fit them in the magazine they will function fine through you RR as long as they are factory.
Blessings
