Default Scope reticle question..just curious.

Just looking in the Cabelas catalog and all the scopes have a number in parenthesis behind the description of the reticle, like (4-4) or (4-7) or (4-1). Does anyone know what these mean. I assume it is nothing important but I have searched the net and can' t figure it out and it is driving me crazy.

Thanks,

-Camp.

Never mind. Duh. I figured it out. Its just the size of the scope covers from blizzard scope covers. Stupid me.
