RE: Remington R-15
from what I understand, the R-15 is made by rems. sister company bushmaster, pretty good quality but no better than the majority of the AR's on the market, they are all parts house firearms, meaning they buy some or all of the parts from a pool of vendors and assemble "in house" so they are not any particularly better than any other AR purchased that are assembled in someone elses house.
The only AR's made that are completely manufactured "in house" are Oly's. who's best, depends on who ya ask, I have oly, RRA, J&T, and some other customs, they're all good, some are a bit more accurate, or have a better warranty, but those things cost a bit more.
