Default Gun Wraps

does anyone know of anything i can wrap my barrel and receiver in that won't hold moisture? i'm wanting to wrap my T/C Stainless barrel and receiver to quite it down (if it touches my treestand or other metal objects while hunting) and protect it from scratches and rust. all the camo tape i have found is cloth like that will hold moisture and promote rusting. once on, i don't want to have to remove it after every hunt to make sure water or moisture hasn't penetrated the tape and started rusting the metal.
