What's the difference between the Remington 700 SPS Stainless and the Remington 700 XCR ????? []

My Remington rifles -
Model 7's a predator 243 Win. and Stainless/synthetic 300 SAUM.
Model 700's- SPS stainless 7mm RUM, XCR II 300 RUM and 338 Win mag
So if I'm goin to have this rifle camo dipped Would I be better off to have the SPS Stainless?
