Wanted:Marlin 30-30

Iam looking for a old style Marlin 30-30, the model with a deer carved in the stock. Iam not so sure on the model number, but Iwill check. Iwould like to purchase one for my father that had one when he was growing up.

I think you may be looking for a Marlin Glenfield Model 30A. I just sold one on here a few months ago. Here is a picture, hope it helps you find one.

There are two of these on gunbroker.com right now. Search for Glenfield 30A and you'll see them. I have the same rifle, but without the deer imprint. It was my first gun purchased in 1983. It's a great shooter and still one of my favorites. I see them routinely on GB.com
