Default Sights on the Remington 870

A friend on here told me of a great turkey sight available fo the 870 last year.. The rear part of the site is attached with set screws..but the front site seems a little difficult ..it mentions to take it to a gunsmith because of the front bead..seems to be pressed into the barrel

Questions..

1. Is the front bead pressed in?

2. How difficult is it to remove?

Thanks,
Chuck7
